Late arrivals

If you are running late for your appointment, please give as much notice as possible by calling/ texting Serena on 07596451697.

 

Cancelling an appointment

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without any charge up to 24 hours prior to your appointment start time via Setmore wesbite. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment start time, you will be charged 50% of the full price of the service you were booked for. This fee is non-negotiable.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment via the online booking system or email up to 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. If you need to cancel within the 24 hours prior to your appointment start time you will need to contact me on 07596451697.

Cancelling your appointment due to illness

Please do not attend your appointment if you are sick and contagious/ infectious with covid or any other illness. Let me know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule.

If you need to cancel your appointment due to having Covid, being asked to isolate or being ill with anything that is contagious or infectious the cancellation policy seen above will still apply.

No shows

If you do not attend your appointment and you do not cancel or reschedule, you will be charged 50% of the full price of the service that you had booked. You will be also asked to pay 100% of your next treatment in order to secure your booking.

Made to measure garments and bandages:

Made to measure garments and bandages will be charge separately to the treament. Any ill fitting due to weight loss/gain will not reimbursed.
